IMPORTANT!! The house is currently in the process of completion and will be delivered finished and with the following characteristics:
1- The roofs of the house with one part of concrete and the other part of asphalt tile 40 years on a double structure of pine treated for 30 years. Double structure: because all wood ceilings consist of a double wooden structure with 3 inches of thermal insulation between them.
